All course fees and payments made for digital products (including downloadable materials, course content, and access to online modules) are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. We encourage all students to review the course outline, requirements, and trial materials (if available) before making a purchase.
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service or product.
Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course content due to a verified system error or technical fault on our side, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
Course Cancellation: If a course you enrolled in is canceled by eShift Campus before it begins.
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
Change of mind after course enrollment.
Failure to attend or complete the course.
Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences or expectations not met.
Failure to meet system requirements for accessing content (users are advised to check compatibility before enrolling).
To request a refund, please email us at info@eshiftcampus.edu.lk within 7 days of your payment date. Include the following information:
Full name
Email used during registration
Payment reference/transaction ID
Reason for refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
